2. Agreement to Terms
By visiting our Site, scheduling services, submitting your information, or interacting with our automated communication systems, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Parks Automotive LLC is a family-owned auto repair shop that has provided reliable diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and mechanical repairs for domestic, Asian, and European vehicles in Cape Girardeau, Missouri since 1983.
To manage our operations, appointment booking, and customer relations, we utilize GoHighLevel, a third-party CRM and automation platform. Through this system, we manage customer data and facilitate communications including emails, phone calls, voicemails, and SMS/text messaging.
4. Communication Consent & GoHighLevel Platform
By providing your contact information, including your phone number and email address, to Parks Automotive LLC through our website forms, booking widgets, or in-person check-ins, you expressly consent to receive communications from us.
Communication Channels: You agree that we may contact you via email, telephone, voicemail, and SMS/text messaging.
A2P SMS Compliance: We strictly enforce opt-in requirements for text messaging. We do not send automated text messages without your prior express consent. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
5. Text Messaging Program Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS and text messaging communications, structured in compliance with A2P 10DLC carrier standards.
Description of Messages: Depending on the consent option(s) you select, you may receive: (1) Transactional/Informational messages — appointment reminders, status updates on your vehicle repairs, service follow-ups, and customer notifications; and/or (2) Promotional messages — seasonal specials, discounts, and marketing offers from Parks Automotive LLC.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the number you received the message from. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

Payments for diagnostic, maintenance, and auto repair services are due upon completion of the work, unless prior written arrangements have been established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All service estimates are subject to change based on hidden vehicle damage or unforeseen mechanical issues encountered during repair, in which case we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, icons, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Parks Automotive LLC or its licensing partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our Site without express written authorization.
